Job Description
3. Lead the development and implementation of ERP system
4. Lead the (mostly new) team through an exciting period of change
5. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes - new budgeting cycle has just started and first board meeting in June
6. Manage debt - linked to housing
7. Pricing and margin management
8. Ability to get in at the deep end straight away and challenging stakeholders where/when necessary
9. Fundraising
The Successful Applicant
10. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
11. Extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles within the not-for-profit sector.
12. Experience with fundraising, ERP implementation, manufacturing (ideally), estates, debt management
13. Ability to build trust with the CEO and challenge SLT where needed
What's on Offer
14. Competitive salary ranging from £130-135,000
15. 3-6 month FTC (until permanent incumbent hired)
16. 4 days on site / 1 day WFH
