The Role
Once fully trained in sales, you will have the opportunity to help recruit, coach, and lead a team in your region, growing your own high-performing team of Business Development Managers, whilst leading from the front. As your team scales, your focus will shift toward leadership and account management, ensuring long-term growth and success in your region.
