Job Description
3. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
4. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
5. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
6. Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
7. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
8. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team on audits and compliance.
9. Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
10. Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. A qualification or part-qualification in accounting or finance.
12. Experience in financial reporting and reconciliation.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
14. An understanding of the Energy & Natural Resources sector is advantageous.
15. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
16. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
17. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
