We are looking for an Application Support Manager to lead a dynamic team of nine support analysts in ensuring outstanding service across our suite of SaaS solutions. You’ll be the backbone of our support operation, overseeing helpdesk systems, optimising workflows, and championing a customer-first culture.

Salary: circa £55k - £57.5k base salary + Bonus and great benefits
