PART TIME ROLE. IMMEDIATE START. We are currently recruiting a Sales & Purchasing Assistant for our client in Huntingdon. Shifts available are Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Duties will include:
* Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Preparing quotations, sales confirmations, and delivery documentation
* Coordinating with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and product availability
* Raising and processing purchase orders with suppliers
* Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory coordination
* Matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices
* Preparing and issuing customer invoices
* Assisting with supplier invoice processing and basic accounts support
* Maintaining accurate filing systems and office documentation
* Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
* Providing general administrative and office support
* Managing office supplies and stationery orders
* Supporting general reception and office coordination duties
Experience required:
* Previous experience in sales administration, purchasing, or office administration preferred
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience using accounting, ERP, or order processing systems is advantageous but not essential
Pay rates:
* £15.26 per hour
