Quantity Surveyor
to join our dynamic team in

. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a
new build school project
that will create essential learning spaces for generations to come. Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be at the heart of managing the commercial aspects of our projects. Your expertise will ensure value, quality, and compliance at every stage. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Oversee subcontractor procurement and manage payments Provide timely and accurate information for CVR reporting Support change control and risk mitigation alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor Conduct site measurements to assess subcontractor payment applications Collaborate with site and design teams to capture and cost all project variations Prepare information for client payment applications Offer commercial advice to project teams as needed What We’re Looking For:
We value potential and are open to transferrable skills! Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table: A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying Experience in main contracting, preferably on education or public sector projects Familiarity with NEC and/or JCT contracts A full UK driving licence Based in the North East of England, with the ability to travel to office and site locations If you don’t meet every requirement, don’t hesitate to apply!
