About the Role
This dynamic Property Maintenance Manager will play a vital part in overseeing the company's global portfolio of private residential properties.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the property industry, specifically in managing super prime rentals and tenants.
They will also possess strong technical knowledge related to operating plant and equipment, including AC, boilers, electrics, lighting and control systems (Lutron and Crestron).
* Responsibilities:
* Oversee reactive maintenance of the property portfolio, ensuring all maintenance items are logged and followed up on promptly.
* Ensure properties comply with current health & safety requirements and maintain accurate records.
* Manage utility accounts and suppliers to secure the most competitive tariffs.
* Liaise with occupiers to address queries and concerns, providing exceptional service.
* Carry out regular property site inspections with Property Managers to identify any required works.
* Manage suppliers and contractors to deliver work to the highest standards, meeting agreed timeframes and budgets.
* Work closely with the Property Director to continually refine and enhance procedures, achieving high levels of efficiency and quality.
* Compile and manage own WIP, reviewed regularly with the Property Director.
* Regularly communicate with property staff to ensure timely completion of reactive and planned maintenance tasks, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
* Liaise with agents to deal with tenants.
* Support the wider Executive Assistant team as needed.
Requirements
* Experience in the Property Industry.
* Strong technical knowledge/understanding relating to operating plant and equipment, such as AC, boilers, electrics, lighting and control systems (Lutron and Crestron).
* Experience managing super prime rentals and tenants.
* Understanding of MEES regulations and sustainable energy sources.
* Excellent academics - 2.1 degree or above from a Russell Group University.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work with discretion and ensure confidentiality.
* Highly organized approach and ability to prioritize.
* Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and good judgment.
