The Enterprise Solutions Executive is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives within assigned geographies for the Equipment Value Management Business Unit. This role focuses on growing new business opportunities and retaining large existing contracts. The sales executive provides leadership in sales processes and focuses on driving On-Site Managed, Clinical Engineering, and Peak Need Rental solutions. Working closely with internal teams, the executive will ensure long-term client relationships and sustainable profitable revenue growth.
Primary Objectives And Responsibilities
1. Time and Territory Management: Develop long-term sales goals with milestones, manage time effectively to cover new business and renewals, and use CRM tools for tracking.
2. Sales, Contract Retention, And Relationship Management: Build relationships with healthcare professionals and C-suite executives, identify and close new business, proactively address at-risk contracts, and conduct business reviews.
3. Consultative Sales And Retention: Use data insights to demonstrate value, ensure contracts meet client needs, and align with market trends.
4. Collaboration And Leadership: Partner with internal teams to deliver solutions and contribute to business strategy for customer retention.
5. Industry And Market Expertise: Maintain knowledge of healthcare trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
* 10+ years in healthcare sales, including 5+ in IDNs/health systems, with proven influence over C-suite executives.
* Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial skills.
* Willingness to travel up to 60%.
