Duties for the Mobile Vehicle Technician
* Conduct mobile servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of light vehicles at customer locations
* Attend pre-booked appointments at customers’ homes or workplaces, providing a convenient service
* Identify and diagnose faults accurately to ensure prompt repairs and customer satisfaction
* Maintain high standards of Vehicle Health and Safety compliance at all times
* Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clarity and professionalism
* Manage your daily schedule efficiently to meet workload demands
* Keep detailed service and repair records in line with company standards
* Uphold the company's reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service
Requirements of the Mobile Vehicle Technician
* Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Several years of practical experience within the motor trade working on different types of light vehicles
* Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
* Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
* Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Bicester
* Well-organised, reliable, and proactive in diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues
* Enthusiastic about providing mobile automotive services and representing the company professionally
