We’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across Ashford and surrounding areas.
You’ll work mornings, 7am - 1pm and weekends, with Guaranteed Hours contracts available for extra security.
Date Advert Closes: 13 April 2026 | Compensation: GBP 13.75 - GBP 15 - hourly
Responsibilities
* Personal care and mobility
* Making a meal or a comforting cuppa
* Keeping their home tidy and safe
* Sharing stories, laughter and companionship
* Supporting with some health tasks — e.g. catheter care, stoma care, nail care (training provided)
No previous care experience? No problem — we’ll train, support and cheer you on from day one.
What you’ll need
* Right to work in the UK
* Full driving licence & access to a car
* Clear English and good communication skills
