ROLE: Cleaning Operative

We're looking for a Cleaning Operative who will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order while delivering excellent customer service and supporting better places and thriving communities.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meets all agreed SLAs
2. Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and the cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises
3. Carry out cleaning duties in line with Health and Safety requirements at all times
4. Work successfully within a team as well as under own initiative, building positive and productive working relationships with customers
5. Deliver excellent customer service while seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations
Experience:
6. Ability to communicate and read basic English
7. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
8. Flexible approach to the role with a willingness to undertake all required training
9. Open, honest, self-driven and determined approach to work
10. Reliable, hardworking and professional attitude
