Providing general admin support for the HR function. Supplying appropriate information/reports as required to department heads and managers. Maintaining personnel records in both paper and electronic format. Administering new employee paperwork, induction, and payroll processing. Payroll administration. Company benefits administration including company cars, pensions and healthcare. Pay review administration. Ensuring absence forms are completed and sick notes are completed and advising managers when attendance reviews are required.
