Live Active Leisure is the largest provider of sport and leisure facilities across Perth & Kinross, and a registered Scottish charity. We're looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Manager to join our Corporate Support Services team based at our head office at Dewars Centre in Perth.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual who strives to ensure the consistent application and best practice of HR policies and procedures that meet legislative and employment requirements, while balancing the wellbeing of our employees. The role will also lead the delivery of accurate, compliant payroll and pension services across the organisation.
About the role
This role is varied and rewarding, with key responsibilities that support our venues and services including, but not limited to:
* Leading the delivery of payroll and pension services, including hands-on end-to-end processing, and providing support and information to staff
* Acting as the first point of contact for HR advice, guidance and support across the organisation
* Contributing to recruitment and onboarding processes
* Contributing to the review and development of policies and procedures within the HR and payroll functions

* A people-focused approach with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
* A working knowledge of current employment legislation and pension compliance requirements
