Job Description Work closely with the Sr. Sustainability & Nutrition Manager, UK&I F&B teams, and key stakeholders in the implementation and communication of the strategy Data inputting and work in recipe management system (Nutritics) and carbon labelling system (Foodsteps) Develop recipes that are good for people and planet alongside UK F&B teams Review products for nutritional content Data analysis and reporting Support Marketing Manager in nutrition and wellness communications Support Sr. Sustainability & Nutrition Manager in delivering training and education to a network of Sustainable Nutrition Champions Devise onsite activities (e.g., supplier pop-ups, workshops, masterclasses) to support customer engagement with nutrition and wellness Work with all departments to ensure our compliance to upcoming relevant legislations Travel on occasion to client locations across the UK&I Qualifications BSc degree in Nutrition or Public Health Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition (AfN) Minimum 2 years' experience Passionate about nutrition and sustainability Excellent organisational and time management skills Demonstrate commercial awareness as well as nutrition/technical knowledge Experience working within the hospitality sector preferred Additional Information For almost 20 years, for every client, in every location (whether that's an office, stadium, cathedral or university), we have created beautiful spaces, exciting menus and friendly teams, so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.
