Job Description

* Salary: 35,000 per annum, plus overtime at Time and a Half
At the Inner Temple, our AV Technician will deliver all the AV requirements for the internal and external events. With many events throughout the year, we are looking for a team player who is proactive and a supportive member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage the efficient upkeep of AV facilities, maintenance and stock of equipment
* To manage the rota of the AV team, including the scheduling of any additional technicians that may be required on site
* To provide quotes remaining in line of set budgets
* To meet clients, providing a flawless service, understanding their needs and making recommendations
* To prepare all AV equipment and ensure the room is set up to the client's requirements
* To continuously improve and innovate the service and guest experience in regard to the AV equipment
* To manage the Inner Temple's hybrid offering regarding pre-production and the operation of any software systems.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role within the AV or IT industry
* Dante Level 2 certificate
* Q-SYS Level 1
* Crestron Technician
* Extron Audio and Video Principles courses.
* Degree, or equivalent, in audio engineering or related subject (desirable)
* Familiarity with digital mixing consoles (Yamaha desirable)
* Familiarity with digital signage systems
* Excellent time management and demonstrates high level of organisation
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent record keeping
