What The Job Covers:
Develop Concepts & Strategies
* Enhance creative briefs by gathering information and data through research.
* Oversee the creative approach across all client briefs.
* Interpret the brand’s needs and develop concepts/ideas.
* Lead brand ideation and campaign ideas across social channels and publishing platforms.
* Develop and present creative strategies and ideas to grow billings and ensure client success.
Lead & Inspire Team
* Lead and manage the creative production team, including brainstorming, storytelling ideation, and supporting social teams.
* Inspire, motivate, and communicate effectively.
* Work closely with the Head of Design & Head of Copy, including copywriters, art directors, graphic designers, and social media managers.
* Share knowledge on creative trends and developments with your team.
Managing Day-to-Day
* Manage and supervise all projects and team resources.
* Allocate resources according to project needs.
* Ensure all work is accurate, meets brand guidelines, and is delivered on time.
* Meet client objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines.
* Review team’s daily work, evaluate performance, and guide improvements.
* Be aware of your team’s pressures and challenges, and work to resolve issues where possible.
Raising the Bar
* Define creative quality benchmarks and build capabilities to achieve them consistently.
* Set and maintain high standards, leading by example.
* Support development of benchmarks for creative content performance, working with the SEO team on impact measurement in Search, Social, and Paid Media channels.
* Own the quality sign-off of creative output before and after production.
Who We Are Looking For
* A strategic thinker with broad knowledge.
* Able to pitch, present, and ideate beyond digital boundaries.
* Excellent communicator at all levels.
* A portfolio demonstrating mastery of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, and composition.
* Skills in photography, video, and storyboarding.
* Prior experience as an Associate Creative Director, either in an agency or on the brand side.
