 
        
        Competent Clinical Support Workers are essential to assist us with managing the patient flow through our organisation, specifically at Warwick Hospital, and onwards into the local community and other services. This is one of a number of initiatives aimed to make the patient’s journey through our services as good as it can be., The Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high quality healthcare in the Trust. Your role is to support the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate care to patients and their relatives. This job description is to be read in conjunction with the person specification for this particular job.
There will be opportunity to complete an apprenticeship at Level 2 or 3 depending on previous experience where you can obtain a "Healthcare Support Worker" qualification.
