Head of Product - Insurance Are you an experienced Product leader looking for a role where you can genuinely shape the direction of a function?This major insurance organisation is undergoing a strategic shift towards a product-led approach. They are seeking a Head of Product to take ownership of the product estate and drive stronger commercial focus, prioritisation and accountability across the business. You’ll take ownership of the full product stack and set the long-term direction You’ll help shift the business to a genuinely product-led model, where Product drives the decisions You’ll reshape the roadmap so it’s clearly aligned to commercial outcomes that actually have an impact You’ll bring stronger prioritisation and ROI discipline into how investment decisions are made You’ll lead a small team of Product Owners, supported by a larger wider matrix team across different product disciplines You’ll also own the AI capability and how it’s embedded into the product strategyEssential experience: Proven experience leading and developing a Product function Experience operating within large-scale Financial Services or insurance organisations Previous AI product experience Strong commercial judgement with the ability to prioritising work based on business valueHave the above experience?
