We are currently seeking 2 reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Leaders to be based at our Panattoni Site, Northampton (NN7 4DE). You will be working on the Samsung contract (brown goods), which is an extension of our Wellingborough site operation, and there may be the occasional need to support the operation at our Wellingborough site, as required.
The salary for this role is £32,734.78 per annum with a £416 rotating shift allowance per annum.
From go-live, due to commence on 1st July 2026, the shift pattern will be:
1st July 15th September, 10:00 18:00 Monday - Friday
15th September 15th January 2027, rotating 6:00 14:00, 14:00 22:00 Monday Friday
15th January 2027, split shift to merge back into 10:00 18:00
