A consultative pre-sales role responsible for leading the technical and functional aspects of the sales cycle for a key workforce and workplace management software solution. You will work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs, deliver tailored demonstrations, and position solutions that drive measurable business value.
Act as the solution expert throughout the pre-sales process.
Support sales teams in competitive positioning and deal progression.
Maintain knowledge of integrations, APIs, and HR/payroll system connectivity.
Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and implementation.
35 years experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or related roles
Experience delivering software demonstrations
Experience with workforce management, HR or payroll systems
Experience with RFP/RFI processes and CRM tools
