A respected organisation in the HR and Pensions sector is seeking an HR and Pensions Advisor in Ipswich for a temporary 3 week contract, starting ASAP. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a busy team during a key operational period. The Role As the HR and Pensions Advisor, you’ll: Administer multiple pension schemes and ensure compliance with auto-enrolment legislation Reconcile monthly pension contributions and submit data to providers Liaise with LGPS, CSPS and other schemes to process employee changes Support benefit renewals and prepare accurate employee data Administer employee benefits including cycle to work, childcare vouchers, and health plans You To be successful in the role of HR and Pensions Advisor, you’ll bring: A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience Strong background in HR, pensions, or benefits administration Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure A proactive, collaborative approach to work The ability to commute to site in Cambridgeshire Key Details 3 week temporary contract Immediate start £17.50 – £18.50 per hour, paid weekly via umbrella Apply Now!
