Join Our Team as a Cleaner at Meadowhead School!
Location: Meadowhead School, Sheffield – Please note, remote working is not applicable for this role.
Hours: 15 hours per week, with afternoon shifts from 3pm to 6pm.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in our Sheffield Schools contract team, ensuring a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for students and staff alike. Your daily tasks will include:
* Performing cleaning duties across various surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and waste disposal areas.
* Adhering to COSHH regulations and maintaining high personal hygiene standards.
* Reporting any pest issues immediately to a supervisor.
* Replenishing essential consumables such as hand wash, toilet rolls, and towels.
* Ensuring cleaning equipment is properly cleaned and securely stored.
What We’re Looking For
This Cleaner position is perfect for you if:
* You have previous cleaning experience, ideally in a school, office, or commercial setting.
* You understand health and safety legislation, including COSHH and the safe use of cleaning machinery.
* You can prioritize high-risk areas and coordinate tasks effectively.
* You are able to follow cleaning schedules and compliance requirements.
* You are comfortable wearing PPE and adhering to colour-coding rules to prevent cross-contamination.
