The Role
We have fantastic opportunities for Production Operators to join us at our manufacturing site in Wantage, Oxfordshire.
Working in one of the three areas of our production facility : Mixing department/area, you will play a key part in the manufacture of technological products for our worldwide business.

Who are we looking for?
Previous production experience isnt necessary, we offer full training and the opportunity to progress your career.
Wed love to hear from you if youve got previous work experience gained in other industries such as retail or warehousing. Were looking for keen, ambitious individuals who would like their previous experience in our production facility.
What will you be doing?
:
Our production areas in mixing department work on a system of two rotating shifts, incorporating early and late shifts from Monday through to Friday.
:
Operate a pedestrian and / or high lift forklift truck where applicable.
:
Operate machinery in accordance with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
:
Ensure compliance with company Health and Safety Policies.
:
Report defective equipment. Report all accidents and breakages.
:
Carry out QC tests / inspection where appropriate and report any deviations to the Supervisor.
:
Report safety and quality issues through the 1B and 1Q systems.
:
Report all production transactions to SAP / SFoL in an accurate and timely manner to ensure accurate stock.
:
Carry out on the job training of new starters when fully trained and competent, necessary to further the development of the Dept and the individual
