Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team and the working hours will be from 10:45am-2:00/2:30pm from Tuesday to Saturday.
As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and food service.
Duties:
* Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
* Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
* Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales
* Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
* Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards - Assist with food preparation as needed
Skills:
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
* Strong hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service
* Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
* Willingness to help others and work as part of a team
* Knowledge of guest services principles and practices
* Ability to upsell products and increase sales
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
* Culinary knowledge is a plus - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
