Kingdom Services Group have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tender Centre Director to join our established and successful Tendering Centre. We are seeking an experienced, tenacious, and quality-driven professional to lead our end-to-end tendering function with precision and flair. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping how Kingdom presents itself in the marketplace—delivering high-impact, commercially compelling proposals that reflect our brand and values. With full ownership of strategy and execution, the Solutions Director will drive growth, secure strategic contracts, and elevate win rates across all business divisions. This is more than a process role; it’s a leadership position critical to Kingdom’s future expansion and success. Where : Hybrid position - Head Office, Newton-le-Willows WA12. When: We’re looking to get the right person into the team ASAP! Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm or suit the needs of the business. Weekly award and recognition scheme. What we need from you: Experience Proven track record leading end-to-end tender processes and winning high-value, strategic contracts across multiple sectors. Strong commercial acumen with experience shaping client-focused, commercially viable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Leadership experience managing high-performing bid or tender teams, with a focus on quality, process excellence, and continuous improvement. Professional Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage) A driving license holder. A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance. Other appropriate professional qualifications. Align bid activity with business growth targets and market positioning. Opportunity Qualification & Prioritization Oversee robust bid/no-bid decision-making processes. Focus resources on high-potential opportunities. Bid Development & Management Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality, compliant, and compelling tenders. Build a culture of sophisticated solutioning - ensuring all major bids have a bespoke win strategy, so we are best positioned to win. Manage timelines, responsibilities, and content delivery across departments. Commercial & Financial Oversight Ensure all bids are financially modelled accurately. Work with Finance and Operations to optimize margins and delivery feasibility Serve as the key escalation point for complex bids or high-value pursuits. Governance & Continuous Improvement: Establish best practices, templates, and governance frameworks. Collaborate with Sales & Sales Leadership to continuously evolve the value propositions for each business unit Introduce a seamless methodology for the establishment of bespoke Win Strategies GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Monthly progress review against the Job Description. Continuous development – both personally and as part of the wider Kingdom team.
