Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Manage reservations and seating arrangements effectively.
* Provide menu information and assist guests with their selections.
* Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
* Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
* Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas.
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
* Uphold health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry, is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong communication skills with an ability to engage positively with guests.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* A team player who is willing to assist colleagues when necessary.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
