About the role Connex Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming Primary Schools in Derby City Centre (DE1), who are recruiting for KS1 Teachers to work on a day-to-day supply basis. This role includes full classroom responsibilities during cover days: delivering lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting pupils’ progress. No lesson planning is required. About the schools Schools across central Derby are known for their supportive staff teams and inclusive environments. They are seeking dedicated, flexible, and enthusiastic teachers who can build strong relationships with pupils and staff while delivering engaging and effective lessons. Assignment Details These roles are available immediately, with options for 3–5 days per week. We are also recruiting for January starts to cover planned absences and long-term supply needs. Positions will run throughout the autumn term and into the new year.
