We’re partnering with a leading branded FMCG business that’s bold, forward-thinking, and making serious moves in their category. With household-name products and a culture of agility and innovation, they’re now looking for an Insight & Innovation Manager to drive their next wave of growth.
The Role
This isn’t just a research gig. It’s a strategic, commercially-driven role that puts you at the heart of consumer-led decision making and innovation planning. You’ll bring insights to life across marketing, NPD, and brand strategy – ensuring the voice of the consumer fuels everything from blue-sky thinking to go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead insight initiatives across qualitative and quantitative research to uncover consumer behaviours, category trends, and white space opportunities
* Drive the innovation funnel – from idea generation and concept development through to market validation and launch support
* Collaborate with marketing, category, sales, and R&D teams to embed insights into cross-functional strategies
* Monitor competitor activity, market dynamics, and emerging trends to shape future thinking
* Present compelling stories from data that inspire change and inform strategic decisions
About You
* Proven experience in a similar Insight/Innovation role within FMCG
* Strong mix of consumer research skills (quant & qual), trend tracking, and strategic thinking
* Commercially savvy – you get the bigger picture and how insights translate to growth
* Collaborative, curious, and creative – someone who can join the dots and spot the gold
* Confident communicator and storyteller, both in PowerPoint and in the boardroom
