Your Role: Lead by Example
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be the backbone of our residential setting, balancing direct care with team mentorship.
* Mentorship: Guide and support junior staff to maintain high standards of care.
* Care Planning: Assist in developing and implementing bespoke care plans that truly make a difference.
* Environment: Foster a safe, stimulating, and positive "home" atmosphere for our residents.
* Safeguarding: Act as a champion for child protection and rigorous documentation.

What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for someone who has the "heart" for care and the "head" for leadership.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a residential care setting (or a proven track record that shows you're ready to step up).
* Character: Exceptional patience, resilience, and the ability to communicate with empathy.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work a shift pattern that includes evenings and sleep-ins.
