About The Role


TAC Healthcare Ltd is a well-established organisation in the Occupational Health industry. We pride ourselves on delivering high professional standards while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a diligent and proactive HR Assistant/Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
* Support payroll, benefits, and absence management processes.
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
* Help deliver HR initiatives including performance reviews, training, and employee engagement.
* Draft HR documentation in line with policies and employment law.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.

Candidate Profile

* Previous HR administration/coordination experience (desirable).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
* Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
