Partnership Administrator

Overview The Partnerships Administrator will support the school placement process for Initial Teacher Training students throughout the academic year. This complex process of school experience placing is key in supporting student success during placement-based training. This role also plays a key part in the excellent relationship St. Mary’s has with Partnership Schools, which underpins all routes to Qualified Teacher Status.
Key Responsibilities
 * Support the school placement process for Initial Teacher Training students throughout the academic year.
 * Coordinate the complex process of school experience placement to support student success during placement-based training.
 * Maintain the excellent relationship with Partnership Schools that underpins routes to Qualified Teacher Status.
Candidate Profile
 * Sound administrative and organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
 * Excellent IT skills.
 * Effective communicator with the ability to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
 * Ability to acquire and develop relevant knowledge of the Partnerships provision.
 * Willingness to contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of the Partnerships team.
