We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Project Administrator. This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2026. Duties:
* Manage project schedules efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, plans, and feedback documents.
* Produce template documents for the team where needed.
* Facilitate effective communication among the FEIF project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
* Support resource allocation and utilization to meet FEIF Project objectives, including administration of resource procurement.
* Uphold project management standards and ensure adherence to project guidelines.
* Identify and resolve project-based issues as they arise to maintain momentum.
* Provide administrative support to the team, including the Programme Director and three Business Innovation Managers focusing on regional priorities: Health and Social Care, Engineering, and Digital Transformations.
* Assist in project event preparation and delivery, both onsite and offsite, including venue coordination, parking, catering, and Eventbrite management.
* Organize, attend, and document all project governance meetings such as steering groups and board meetings.
* Generate regular project status reports for review by the LSIF Programme Director.
* Represent the college at business development and open events as needed.
Skills/Experience:
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Understanding of data handling and confidentiality
* Awareness of stakeholder engagement and communication practices
Qualifications:
* Minimum Level 2 in Maths and English (or equivalent)
* Customer Service Qualification
Ideal Attributes:
* Proven planning and organizational skills with good attention to detail
* Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks effectively
