The Role We are looking for a skilled Editorial Project Manager to join our Content team and support the delivery of high-impact editorial projects across print and digital. This role is key to coordinating multiple workstreams as well as stakeholders, ensuring quality content, and keeping everything on track and on brand. Duties: Manage editorial projects from planning through delivery Coordinate teams, timelines, suppliers, and budgets Track and report on progress, risks, and deliverables Oversee production workflows and publishing logistics Production Management - Liaise with suppliers on delivery of typeset files for publications and manage provision of these files to our publishing partners. Keep clear print order records, obtain print production costs, issue order numbers and provide monthly stock level/values reports. About You: Experience in publishing, content production, or editorial end-to-end processes Strong Project Management skills (Agile or equivalent project management qualification a plus) Excellent communicator, collaborator and organiser Skilled in MS Office, CMS, and tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday Detail-oriented, deadline-driven and collaborative Bachelor’s Degree or its International Equivalent - Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs.
