Job Description
You will have a good knowledge of building or mason-type works, including planned maintenance and responsive repairs. Demonstrating competency in health and safety, along with relevant health and safety training certificates, would be advantageous. Ability to travel within Aberdeenshire is essential.
You will work as part of the Repairs and Occupied Upgrades team. An out-of-hours standby service is in operation, and you may be required to participate on a rota basis. Overtime may also be necessary as reasonably expected.
The working pattern is Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 16:00, and Friday 08:00 to 15:30.

Requirements
This post involves regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate must join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. If you have spent three or more months outside the UK in the last five years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required.
