Role Responsibilities As the Managing Estimator, you will: * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of six estimators * Oversee tenders across public sector, new build, and refurbishment projects * Ensure high-quality submissions for projects ranging from £100k to £10m * Manage both single-stage and two-stage tender processes * Work with JCT contracts * Develop estimating strategies and improve processes where needed Requirements * Strong experience as a Managing Estimator or Senior Estimator in main contracting * Proven track record across public sector and refurbishment/new build work * Experience managing multiple estimators or leading a pre-construction team * Competent in single-stage and two-stage tendering * Strong knowledge of JCT contracts What’s on Offer * £100k salary * Leadership of a well-established estimating team * Opportunity to influence pre-construction strategy and business growth * Work with a respected contractor known for delivering quality, sustainable projects
