I am working with a high growth UK real estate investor and developer seeking a Property Asset Manager to join their London team.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuine investor led environment early in your career, gaining exposure across both property and asset management within a dynamic and entrepreneurial platform.
The Portfolio
The business invests across multiple operational and development led sectors including
o Logistics
o Data centres
o PBSA
o Development sites across the UK
You will gain exposure to a broad and evolving portfolio rather than being confined to a single asset class.
The Role
This is a blended PM and AM position with real responsibility from day one. Key elements include
o Day to day management of development and income producing assets
o Tenant and stakeholder relationship management
o Budget oversight and income tracking
o Service charge and void cost management
o Oversight of third party managing agents where appointed
o Supporting rent reviews, renewals and lettings strategy
o Asset level reporting and performance analysis
o Supporting business planning and value enhancement initiatives
o Assisting with acquisitions, onboarding and disposals
This is not a traditional consultancy property management role. You will sit close to decision makers and gain direct exposure to investment thinking and asset strategy.
About You
o Real Estate graduate to newly qualified experience in Real Estate
o Commercially minded with strong analytical capability
o Confident communicator comfortable dealing with occupiers and consultants
o Ambitious and keen to build a long term career within an investor
