The role: With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Sales Manager will have 2 years experience in hotel sales (this is non-negotiable ) and will: Hunt out and secure new business from corporate clients across the island of Ireland and further afield. Already know the business scene in Belfast, build relationships and use your connections for companies and travel bookers. Be outgoing and represent the brand at trade fairs, corporate showcase events and networking events. Be driven, focused and determined to meet and exceed sales targets. The person: Minimum of 2 years in hotel sales and demonstrable evidence of business development. Have sound demonstrable knowledge of the corporate market in Belfast and NI. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written, and the ability to negotiate and network with ease. Experienced in CRM systems, MS Office packages, and property management tools.
