As our Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our tenants and customers via the telephone – providing housing advice, resolving enquiries, and supporting our headquarters team.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a first‑time resolution approach across the telephone with additional support required via email, social media and in person.
* Log all communications in our in‑house system.
* Process payments and support administrative tasks.
* Assist with facilities management and postal services.
Qualifications
* Experience in customer service and working within a team.
* Strong communication skills, especially in challenging situations.
* Understanding of data protection.
