The school is currently seeking an individual needs assistant to work on a full time basis (term time only). This position is required ASAP to April 2026 in the first instance. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting learners with complex needs on a 1:1 basis. This school is a vibrant and interactive learning environment that is commuted to offering a child centred and enriched learning experience. This school is hugely popular in the local catchment and is over subscribed year on year.

Qualifications
* Teaching Assistant Qualification (Desirable but not essential)
* Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
* Relevant teaching assistant, care or education based experience (Voluntary experience included)
* Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities
* Working, supporting and teaching learners on a 1:1 with additional needs
* Supporting with a learning plan for the learner
* Assisting the child to reach learning objectives
