We’re recruiting a Customer-Dedicated Executive Chef to lead culinary innovation and menu development for a leading Contract Catering Group across London and the South:East.
This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role where creativity, communication, and attention to detail are key to delivering food that truly reflects each client’s vision. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to shape menus, develop recipes, and oversee delivery, ensuring every dish is commercially smart, beautifully executed, and sustainable.
The role involves some all‑expenses paid international travel, with travel costs fully covered by a company that truly values its people. We’re looking for a passionate, organised, and commercially minded Executive Chef who thrives on collaboration. You’ll partner with procurement and commercial teams, translating briefs into standout food offers while balancing creativity, cost control, and consistency.
Executive Chef Benefits

Executive Chef Requirements
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high‑volume contract catering kitchen or venue.
* Proven client‑facing, menu and project delivery experience.
