A long standing consultancy client of Huntsman Consult is looking to appoint a Director in their Project Management team to work alongside senior leaders who are currently delivering a number of high profile, 5* hotel schemes in central London.
You will work closely alongside the lead Director to assist in taking these schemes from inception to completion. These projects are a mixture of pre-planning, demolition & new build and refurbishment.
Candidates need to have experience working either on Hotel developments, large prime/super prime developments or potentially other heavily design driven and intricate projects that require high stakeholder engagement and working in live environments.
Based out of the West End, this consultancy are leaders in this market and have enviable portfolio of completed and ongoing schemes.
Having worked with this team for several years, they have an excellent reputation in the market with a 1st class approach to their clients. They are personable, hardworking and hands-on with their teams, ensuring that they are heavily involved in projects and not just managing from a far.
Candidates must be experienced in, and have a good understanding of, JCT Contracts, feel comfortable in a client facing position but most importantly have passion and enthusiasm for delivering a very high quality service and high valued projects.
To be considered for this role candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Experience working for a Project Management Consultancy, Developer, Contractor (Within Hotels) or an Architect/Design Firm (Within Hotels).
* Have worked on projects in excess of £100million in value
* 10-15+ years of experience in the industry
* Ability to carry out Contract Administration - JCT Contracts
* A good understanding of pre construction project management duties and also have carried out the role of Employers Agent.
On offer is a salary between £90,000 to £120,000 plus benefits.
This role is based full time in Central London either in clients or company office.
