Childrens Support Worker required to work in Holywood at a residential home belonging to the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust. This rewarding role involves working with young people who may present with complex emotional and behavioural needs, including anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and attachment-related difficulties. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing consistent, person-centred care and helping to create a safe, supportive, and structured environment where young people can feel secure and develop positively. Key Responsibilities Provide emotional support and guidance in line with care plans Support young people with daily routines and activities Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures We are ideally seeking staff available for full-time hours, primarily night duty shifts (10pm8am), with some day cover also available. Pay rates range from £14.06 £22.49 per hour, depending on the shift worked, and are paid weekly. These positions are available for a minimum of three months.
