Panel Beater – Dartford, Kent Join a Family-Run, Fleet Crash Repair Workshop Business
1. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm (40 hours per week). No weekend work.
2. Pay: £20 to £24 per hour DOE plus quarterly bonus
3. OTE: Up to £60,000 per annum with overtime and bonuses

As a Panel Beater, you will be pivotal in restoring a wide range of vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Your expertise will ensure high standards of repair work on various makes and models.
Other Regular Duties of this Panel Beater role include:
4. Removing, repairing, and replacing damaged body panels
5. Realigning chassis and structural components using industry-standard jig work
6. Performing welding procedures, with necessary qualifications
7. Filling, sanding, and finishing panels to achieve a flawless finish
8. Conducting thorough quality checks before vehicle handover
9. You will work closely within a collaborative team of experienced technicians committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements for this Panel Beater position:
10. Proven experience as a Panel Beater in crash or accident repair workshops
11. Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and welding, with relevant qualifications
12. Experience using panel jig systems, welding machines, and filler application
13. High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
14. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
15. NVQ/IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential
