Lettings Manager
Our client are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a successful Estate Agency who have seen incredible growth in 2025 and 2026 doesn’t seem like slowing down
Key Responsibilities:
* Tenant and Landlord Liaison: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and landlords, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
* Lettings Administration: Handling all paperwork, tenancy agreements, renewals, and associated documentation.
* Compliance & Legislation: Ensuring all lettings activities comply with current legislation and industry standards.
* Sales and Business Development: Identifying opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio and generate new business.
* General Administration & Reporting: Supporting the team with administrative tasks and reporting on lettings performance.
* Team Management and leadership: Leading, coaching and developing the lettings team to meet and exceed branch forecasts.
About you
* Minimum 2 years experience in lettings, and a minimum of 1 year in a Senior Negotiator or Management role is essential.
* Experience of lettings valuing, with demonstratable conversion rates.
* Strong understanding of lettings processes, tenant legislation, and property management best practices.
* Knowledge of the local area and market in which we operate.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
