OTE of £55,000 thanks to overtime (paid at 1.5x and 2x) and bonuses. Generous 10% pension, plus other site-specific benefits.
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a maintenance engineer to join a large, well-invested site that forms part of a nationally recognised group. This is a high-performing facility with state-of-the-art machinery and an experienced engineering team. The Role
As a maintenance engineer, you'll work with a range of heavy-duty automated machinery including:
* Large mixers and slicers
* Conveyors, silos, and hoppers
* Kilns, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems
Your focus will be 70% reactive and 30% PPM, using a tablet system for job tracking. This role places a strong emphasis on mechanical maintenance and repair. You'll need to be confident working with hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and chains. Fabrication and welding experience is a plus.
