We're looking for a senior, confident Lead Pharmacist to take clinical and operational responsibility for medicines management across the HH Minds Mental Health service. This role suits an experienced mental health or ADHD-specialist pharmacist who can combine strong governance with practical prescribing expertise.
What You'll Lead
* Safe, effective prescribing across ADHD and mental health pathways
* Medicines governance, including controlled drugs, prescription security, and audit
* Clinical advice for prescribers, including dose adjustments and complex case input
* Training, supervision, and development for pharmacists and NMPs
* Shared Care Agreements and liaison with GPs, pharmacies, and ICBs
* Contribution to clinical governance, incident reviews, and quality improvement

What We're Looking For
* Registered Pharmacist (GPhC) + Independent Prescriber
* 5+ years post-registration experience
* Strong background in mental health, ADHD, or neurodevelopmental prescribing
* Solid understanding of controlled drug legislation and NICE guidance
* Confident leader with excellent communication and governance skills
Desirable: experience in digital/remote care, audit leadership, or advanced clinical qualifications.
