The ideal candidate will be able to come in and take responsibility for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities Develop and coordinate all promotional activity across digital channels. Create and optimise a program for omnichannel, customer engagement lifecycle campaigns. Manage and monitor dedicated marketing spend. Deliver marketing initiatives that generate new sales pipeline and expand on existing opportunities for the sales teams. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies through regular analysis and reports, making data driven decisions. Embrace occasional international travel opportunities to expand reach and forge valuable connections. Take the lead on organising and managing the events and exhibitions that put the business at the forefront of the industry. Oversee print marketing initiatives and develop a targeted advertising strategy to reach the audience effectively. Lead external marketing efforts, collaborating with agencies to enhance branding and visibility. Keep the wider business updated of planned marketing activities. Stay ahead of the latest marketing trends and technologies, leveraging digital tools to drive results. The person Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within a product based industry. Demonstrated ability in developing and executing marketing plans. Analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and making data-informed decisions. Creative and strategic thinking skills, capable of innovating and adapting in a fast-paced setting. Ability to influence peers through collaborative working. Communicate with clarity and charisma, building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders.
