We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee our operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, including food preparation, cooking, and supervising staff.
Duties
* Oversee daily restaurant or kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
* Supervise and train team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service best practices.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
* Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for exceptional guest satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health regulations.
* Collaborate with culinary staff to develop menus that reflect current trends while adhering to budgetary constraints.
* Ensure all staff are trained in food production processes and safety protocols.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,676.45-£30,000.00 per year
