About the Role Title: Client Relationship Manager Role: Permanent, Full time Location: Pulford, near Chester Salary: Up to £35K per annum Benefits: Hybrid working, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, private health insurance, free lunches, plus more Responsibilities Own and manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and renewals Build deep, consultative relationships with key client stakeholders Understand client goals and align service delivery to meet those objectives Identify upsell opportunities and work closely with the commercial team to convert them Use data to track client success metrics and report on account health Troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns, and provide strategic solutions Deliver regular business reviews and performance updates to clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback shapes service delivery Hit and exceed client retention and growth targets Requirements Skills & Attributes Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of working to targets.
