A reputable Independent Estate Agency in North Bristol are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team.
A highly successful and forward thinking business, the company are looking for a loyal and like minded individual with lots of drive and determination.
Key responsibilities of the role will include: - Registering new applicants
- Generating viewings
- Maintaining the database
- Vendor feedback
- Generating Market Appraisals
- Cross selling over the companies other income streams i.e lettings etc
Please note that duties will vary and you must expect to lend a hand wherever is required.
The ideal candidate:
- Enthusiastic
- Target Driven
- Full UK driving license and access to your own car
- Customer focused
- Gritty and sales motivated
- Polished with great body language
- Well presented
- Previous experience in estate agency
